These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the sk69 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at sk69.asia. By registering an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and sk69 ("sk69", "we", "us", "our"). Access to and use of the sk69 platform is conditional on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the sk69 platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Registration constitutes a declaration that you meet this age requirement. sk69 will verify your age during the KYC process and reserves the right to close any account found to belong to a person under 21, with all balances subject to review.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the sk69 platform. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or assigned. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, device, household, or IP address will be treated as duplicate accounts and are subject to immediate suspension. Bonus winnings accrued on duplicate accounts will be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep this information updated. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information in connection with your Account is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify sk69 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
sk69 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified sk69 of a security breach.
You must not allow any third party to access your account or use the platform on your behalf. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.
sk69 accepts deposits in MYR via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Hong Leong Bank FPX, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. sk69 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and matching your verified KYC identity. sk69 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method as set out in the platform's payment information section.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. sk69 reserves the right to apply additional scrutiny to withdrawal requests that appear inconsistent with normal account activity patterns.
All account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). sk69 does not apply currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits offered by sk69 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion. Claiming a bonus constitutes your acceptance of the applicable terms.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money balance where indicated; Bonus Funds do not count towards wagering requirements unless specifically stated.
sk69 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and account balances if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
sk69 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonus wagering in progress at the time of modification will be completed under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was claimed.
All bets placed on the sk69 platform are subject to the applicable game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, sk69 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's wallet. Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be amended or cancelled except where an explicit cash-out facility is provided.
For sportsbook bets, the rules applicable to each sport and bet type are displayed in the sportsbook rules section. In-play bets are subject to the prevailing odds at the time the bet is accepted by the system. sk69 is not responsible for delays between the occurrence of an event and the communication of that event to the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sk69 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
sk69 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities and to withhold any associated balance pending investigation.
All content on the sk69 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the sk69 brand identity, is the proprietary property of sk69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sk69 platform without express written permission from sk69.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk69 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
sk69's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sk69 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
sk69 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. sk69 is committed to responsible gambling and provides a suite of player protection tools accessible from every account. Upon termination for breach, sk69 may withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where investigation confirms a breach, sk69 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with these Terms. Players who believe their account has been incorrectly suspended may contact support to request a review.
You may close your account at any time by contacting sk69 support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after completion of any pending wagering requirements and withdrawal processing procedures. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.
sk69 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under sk69's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the sk69 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through sk69's customer support process. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism specified in sk69's licence conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
